Hub+Weber worked with Boone County Parks & Recreation to design a new facility consolidating staff from multiple locations into one building housing administrative, programming, maintenance, landscape, and natural areas teams. The design includes offices, meeting spaces, training and break rooms, storage, and truck bays, along with a conceptual cost estimate and phasing plan developed with Century Construction. Through visioning workshops and staff surveys, Hub+Weber gathered and analyzed data on workflows, departmental needs, and facility challenges, which informed space planning to support growth, flexibility, and efficient operations.
